Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order, and a shipment notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

US Orders

Processing Time

 Orders placed Monday–Friday before 12:00 PM ET will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.

We ship to residential addresses, commercial addresses, P.O. Boxes, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses within the United States.

Import Fees
International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient. Wellsun is not responsible for any customs or import fees.

After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping notification with tracking information.
Use the tracking link to monitor your package and receive updates on delivery status.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can be modified or canceled within 30 minutes of placing the order. To make changes or cancel, contact info@wellsun-online.com immediately.
After 30 minutes, the order is typically processed and may have left the warehouse. Cancellation requests beyond this window may incur return shipping fees.
Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled. Express shipping fees are non-refundable. Once you receive your package, you can start a return or exchange according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Order cancellations comply with applicable consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Protection (Cancellation) Regulations 2010 and Consumer Protection Act 1981, depending on your jurisdiction.
