Wellsun reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to all or part of the website, with or without notice, for any reason or no reason at all, including, without limitation, for violation of these Terms & Conditions. Upon termination, you must immediately stop using the website and destroy all materials obtained from the website, as well as all related documentation and copies. Notwithstanding the foregoing, your obligations under these Terms & Conditions, including, without limitation, your indemnification and obligations of confidentiality, shall survive any such termination.
If your account is terminated, Wellsun reserves the right to exercise whatever means it deems necessary to prevent unauthorized access to the website, including, but not limited to, technological barriers, IP mapping, and direct contact with your Internet Service Provider (ISP). If your account is terminated, you may not re-enroll or join under a new account unless formally invited to do so by Wellsun. Additionally, you acknowledge that you have no ownership rights in your account and that if your account is terminated, all your account information from Wellsun, including products, services, and gift certificates, will be marked as deleted in and may be deleted from Wellsun’s databases and will be removed from any public area of the Wellsun websites.

You hereby agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Wellsun, its officers, directors, affiliates, employees, contractors, subcontractors, agents, partners, and subsidiaries from and against all claims, actions, suits, demands, costs, and damages (including reasonable attorney’s fees) asserted by any third party as a result of your use of this website. Wellsun has the right to control any defense pertaining to this Section.

You hereby agree and irrevocably consent to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts of California and of the United States of America located in Los Angeles County, California for any and all claims arising from the use of this website. If you provide Customer Content, you grant Wellsun a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, delete, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such Customer Content throughout the world in any media, now known or hereafter developed, for any purpose whatsoever, commercial or otherwise, without providing compensation to you or any other person, without any liability whatsoever, and free from any obligation of confidence. You also grant Wellsun the right to use your name in connection with any Customer Content you provide, if any, in connection with Wellsun’s rights hereunder.

However, due to differences in promotions, timing, regional availability, or other factors, prices, product selection, and promotional dates may vary across platforms.
While Wellsun strives to maintain pricing consistency, market conditions and competitive factors may result in temporary differences in price or availability. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and, unless otherwise noted, do not include CAD, GST, PST, QST, or HST.
www.wellsun-online.com may feature limited-time sales, special offers, and items at Wellsun’s everyday low prices. The regular prices displayed reflect the price at which products have been sold by Wellsun as of the date indicated. A completed “Review and Submit” page submitted to Wellsun constitutes your offer to purchase the items listed in your order. Your order is considered accepted only when Wellsun sends a shipping confirmation email to the email address you provided.
To modify your order, please send your request to info@wellsun-online.com and have your order number ready. Requests sent via email may not be processed in time to affect changes during high-volume periods.

The Wellsun mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Wellsun (“Wellsun”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to Wellsun’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Wellsun through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Wellsun. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.
You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to [85453] or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Wellsun mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
